Whilst we aim to be the most cost effective suppliers of high quality switchgear in the World - we also recognise the need to offer more, which is why we are proud to offer the following service to all our customers across our entire range;


1 year Warranty


All of our range is covered by a no-quibble, return to base 1 year warranty. We recognise the demands placed on wholesalers and their customers, which is why we support you with a warranty against faulty items. Please call us if you require further details.

Got a question, need clarification or just want to check the status of your order? By calling 01543 467575 all of our customers are provided with free technical support.


Unwanted items

 

All unwanted items must be returned to us within 6 months from date of purchase.

All unwanted items are to be returned to us at the wholesalers expense.

All unwanted items with incur a 25% handling charge.

All unwanted items must be returned to us in a resalable condition.

All unwanted items must have a valid returns number clearly visible on returns packaging.

 

Faulty Items

 

All faulty items must be returned to us within 12 months from date of purchase.

All faulty items will either be collected by a carrier arranged by Protek or sent back to us by the wholesaler. If the wholesaler agrees to send the items back to us, we will then credit the wholesaler for the carriage. This must be agreed PRIOR to goods being returned.

All faulty items will be credited for once they have been tested and confirmed to be faulty.

All faulty items returned to us that are found not to be faulty will incur a 25% handling charge or will be returned to the wholesaler at their cost.
