Our primary carrier for deliveries is APC. To track your parcel, please call the sales office on 01543 467575 and ask for your tracking number. Visit the APC Parcel Tracking Portal and enter your tracking details there. Pallets are shipped using Palletforce.
Standard stock products and items are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. Special orders and bespoke requirements may involve a longer time-scale, which you will be notified of at the time of order.
Geographical limitations may apply when shipping to certain locations, please confirm this at the time of ordering. Timed deliveries are also available, please ask for details when placing your order.
Free delivery is available on all standard orders over £275 NET. For all other orders please ask at the time of placing your order for the cost of delivery.

Due to the continued growth of the business, it is now more important than ever that we manage collections better. We are no longer able to guarantee a same day collection service.
When placing an order for collection please ensure the following;
1. You have placed the order and sent it to the correct email address orders@protekuk.co.uk.
2. Once your order has been received and processed you be contacted by our despatch department with a time and date stating when the order will be ready to collect.
3. Ensure your driver has the relevant paperwork with order number upon their arrival.

Failure to follow the collection procedure will result in the collection driver being turned away. We kindly ask you work with us on this procedure change so that we can continue to offer a high standard of service.
To open a 30 day credit account call our sales office and ask for a credit application form or send an email to creditcontrol@protekuk.co.uk alternatively order on a pro-forma basis.
All returns require prior consent. Should a product fail to meet your expectations please contact us immediately quoting the following information;
1. Delivery note number.
2. Invoice number
3. Product code or description
4. Quantity, damage, fault or reason for return.>
Protek will provide you with a Returns Note Number and instructions for returning the goods. Please ensure all goods are correctly packaged and are fit for resale.
Warranty is for twelve months and on a return to base policy.
