Introduction

Protek Electronics original ‘Titan’ series of three phase boards are still widely regarded as one of the most durable and configurable available in the UK market place today. Building on the strength of the ‘Titan’ series, Protek have now re-designed the original board to meet todays ever increasing demands. 

Available in 125A or 250A and 4 to 24 out going three phase ways, we believe we have now developed a new range of three phase boards that maintain the high levels of build quality, configurability, flexibility and cost effectiveness that our customers have come to expect.

Configuration Options


Three Phase Boards

Available in 125A and 250A.
4, 6, 8, 12, 16 and 24 three phase ways. These highly configurable boards are available from stock and can be supplied pre-configured on request. Please contact our technical sales team for more information.


Incomers

MCB, MCCB, RCD (both standard & time delay), RCBO3/CBR and switch incomers are available from 63A up to 250A in 3 and 4 pole variants. Where required cable boxes are supplied at no additional cost.


Surge Protection Kits

Our 18th Edition ready three phase boards have been specifically designed to accept our range of Surge Protection Kits without losing a three phase way. We supply kits for both our 125A & 250A boards in Type 1+2 or Type 2.


Metering Kits

We understand how increasingly important it is to be able to monitor both incoming and outgoing energy usage. A range of meter kits have been developed for both our 125A and 250A three phase boards allowing for quick and easy installation. kWh & MID (Pulsed/Modbus) types are both available.


Devices

HDMCBs in 10kA 1 Pole, 2 Pole and 3 Pole 1A to 63A in ‘B’ ‘C’ and ‘D’ Curve. We also offer a range of HDMCB accessories to assist in control system wiring.
RCBOs in 1 Pole 10kA 6A to 63A ‘B’ and ‘C’ Curve, Type A or Type AC.
SRCBOs in 1 Pole 10kA 6A to 40A ‘B’ and ‘C’ Curve. SRCBOs are our ‘Mini’ RCBO which offer increased cabling space due to their shorter size, Type A or Type AC.
AFDDs in 2 Pole single module 6kA which are becoming increasingly popular due to their competitive price and reduced module size.
BLMs are a unique 1 Pole blank that offer complete shrouding of any potentially exposed busbar prongs.


Additional Accessories

To complement our range of three phase boards we also offer a number of optional accessories.
Trunking glanding plates for easy cabling or when connecting enclosures.
Various cover plates to suit incomers and devices mounted on the din rail.
Single and dual bank enclosures suitable for housing contactors, timers and other control devices.


Power and Lighting Boards / Bespoke Builds

Tri load, split load / lighting and power boards are also available in a variety of sizes.
